I perform all computer repairs from my home office in SW OKC Near SW 29th and Morgan Road. Once you schedule an appointment, I will provide you with my full address.
Yes, to lower the risk of Covid-19 exposure to my customers, I will come out to your vehicle to pick up your computer when you drop it off with me. No need to leave your vehicle.
Also, all repairs come with a free cleaning of your machine's exteriors.
Here is a breakdown of pricing:
Diagnostic - $25: If you're not sure what's wrong with your computer, I offer a diagnostic service for $25. However, if you decide to use my services, the diagnostic fee will be waived.
Basic Services - $25: Basic services include things like installing and updating windows programs or installing RAM on a desktop. Each additional basic service is $10.
Advanced Services - $40: - Advanced services include things like Windows installations, power supply and battery installations, hard drive installations, and data backup services. Each additional advanced service is $25. All Windows laptop repairs are considered advanced. Most services that I perform will fall under this category.
Complex Services - $75: Complex services include laptop screen replacements, motherboard replacements, and components that are very difficult and risky to access such as laptop touch pads and keyboards. All MacOS repairs are considered complex. Each additional advanced service is $35.
Please note: the above prices are for labor only and do not include the cost of any additional parts that may be required. I provide you with a transparent estimate of the cost of any additional parts before I proceed with any work.

There is no charge until computer pickup unless I must purchase additional parts to complete your repair. In that scenario, payment would be required upfront.
Sorry, but I do not match the prices of other computer technicians. Prices are based upon the time required for a specific repair and my combination of education, certifications, experience, and ability.
I offer affordable and flat rates for my repair services, but I am not the cheapest in town. Additionally, I set my pricing at a level that I can comfortably offer excellent service and support after your repair.
