I strive to provide high-quality service and stand behind my work. With my 90-day guarantee, you can have peace of mind knowing that you're covered if any issues arise after your repair.
There is no extra cost, this guarantee applies to all repairs that I perform.
This guarantee covers your computer repair for 90 days from the date of service.
Within 90 days of the initial repair, I will cover the cost of labor if the same issue resurfaces. This includes any repairs needed due to my workmanship, such as software or hardware issues.
This 90-day guarantee for computer repair services does not cover the following:
1. Reinfection of computer viruses: While I cannot guarantee that you will never get another virus, I do offer a discount of 50% on virus removal services should your computer become infected again within 90 days of service.
2. Customer damage: I cannot cover any damage caused by accidental mishandling or misuse of the computer by customers.
3. Hardware: Unfortunately, failure of any computer hardware is not covered. However, if I have previously repaired your hardware and it fails within the 90-day period, I will provide labor services for the replacement at no cost. For example, If I replaced your hard drive and it failed within 90 days, you would only pay for the cost of a new hard drive. The labor to install the hard drive would be at no cost under this guarantee
