I strive to provide high-quality service and stand behind my work. With my 90-day guarantee, you can have peace of mind knowing that you're covered if any issues arise after your repair.
No additional cost: this guarantee is included with most repairs.
This guarantee covers your computer repair for 90 days from the date of service.
If an issue returns within 90 days, I will diagnose and resolve it at no extra charge.
This 90-day guarantee for computer repair services does not cover the following:
1. New or unrelated issues: Any new issues or problems unrelated to the original repair are not covered.
2. Reinfection of computer viruses: Reinfections by viruses are not covered.
3. Customer Damage: Damage caused by mishandling or misuse is not covered.
4. Hardware: The failure of any computer hardware or components of any kind is not covered.
5. Laptop Screen Assembly Repair: This includes but is not limited to Laptop Screen replacements, Laptop Screen Assembly replacements, and Laptop Screen Assembly rebuilds. Due to the complexity of this type of work and potential complications that may arise, this is not covered by my 90-day guarantee
