Yes, to lower the risk of Covid-19 exposure to my customers, I will come out to your vehicle to pick up your computer when you drop it off with me. No need to leave your vehicle.
Also, all repairs come with a free cleaning of your machine's exteriors.
Here is a breakdown of pricing
Diagnostic - $40: If you're not sure what's wrong with your computer, I offer a diagnostic service. However, if you decide to use my services, the diagnostic fee will be waived. Rather than attempt to pull you in with a "free" diagnostic and surprise you with a charge, I'd rather let you know all cots up-front.
Basic Services - $40: Basic services include things like installing and updating Windows programs or installing RAM on a desktop. Each additional basic service is $10.
Advanced Services - $75: - Advanced services include Windows installations, power supply/battery installations, hard drive installations, data backups, and more thorough diagnostics. Each additional advanced service is $25. All Windows laptop repairs are considered advanced. Most services that I perform will fall under this category.
Complex Services - $ 95- 150: Complex services include laptop screen replacements, motherboard replacements, and components that are very difficult and risky to access, such as touch pads and keyboards. All MacOS repairs are considered complex. Each additional advanced service is $35.
Please note: the above prices are for labor only and do not include the cost of any additional parts that may be required. I provide you with a transparent estimate of the cost of any additional parts before I proceed with any work.

There is no charge until computer pickup unless I must purchase additional parts to complete your repair. In that scenario, payment would be required upfront.
Unfortunately, I do not offer on-site repair services at this time, although that may change in the future.

I strive to provide high-quality service and stand behind my work. With my 90-day guarantee, you can have peace of mind knowing that you're covered if any issues arise after your repair.
No additional cost; this guarantee is included with all repairs.
This guarantee covers your computer repair for 90 days from the date of service.
Workmanship: If an issue arises due to my workmanship within 90 days, I will diagnose and resolve it at no extra charge.
Hardware Failures: If your hardware fails within 90 days, I will provide the labor for free. You only pay for the new hardware component. (This does not apply to motherboards or laptop screens)
This 90-day guarantee for computer repair services does not cover the following:
1. New or unrelated issues: Any new issues or problems unrelated to the original repair are not covered.
2. Reinfection of computer viruses: Reinfections by viruses are not covered.
3. Customer Damage: Damage caused by mishandling or misuse is not covered.
4. Hardware: The failure of any computer hardware or components is not covered.
